Life changing experience! The material and methods have completely changed my approach to mentoring. Academically rigorous, while easy to understand, the content really is amazing. There approach to build social activity around it is the sandbox that makes all the learning possible! I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in mentoring or the seasoned mentor wanting to up their game.
