Outstanding place with lot of history. An impressive private museum that captured part of the history of the first Freemasons coming to South Africa. The museum has incredible masonic regalia, well catalogued and displayed. A piece of history very well preserved. Highly recommended.

What can I say. .it feels like a James bond movie set going in as you have to transcend parliament security and then through a large skinny arch. .temple is home to a few lodges and was establish in the late 1700's. . Wit one rebuild due to fire damage. .it is old. .and beautiful. .and inside it gets better every time I see it. . Can't wait to see more of it. .sure there would be many a fantastical story told if these walls could speak . .
