I called over 12 times for a cancelled flight issue, every single time I was put on hold the call was cut. Very unprofessional!

My flights were automatically changed due to to Covid-19 situation and one connecting flight was not arranged as it should be. Arrived on 9th floor and at the reception, staff was really friendly, gave me direct numbers who to call and working hours. They went above and beyond and called a person from the office to assist me and my flight issues were sorted out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks a lot.
Call centre is a joke! We are booked on a flight to Munich, German government won't allow business travellers, only citizens and permanent residence people on the flights. NO ANSWER AT CALL CENTRE. Loads of emails to check in on line, but we're not alliwed to fly!!!??? Can someone please contact us?
Useless. unfriendly, incompetent. The website doesn't function. I got my flight cancelled 4 times now, the emails are all in german, and the call centre easily lets you wait 25 minutes , and cuts you off the connection. Spent more than 150 Rand on calling them already. Is it really too difficult to install the "expected waiting time" function on your devices? And don't even think of choosing the wrong option (3 in stead of 1 for instance) on the menu, as you will just be told they cannot do anything for you.
Lol i mean i work here, not a walk in for passangers but does a great Work on International flights...
