Unnecessary waiting time to be helped. Ordered something which was out of stock and paid for items, only never to get a call for collection and when I call, there's little assistance on the matter as sales staff are busy with walk-in customers. Seems like they are understaffed but processes could definitely be streamlined. Wide variety of products/components available. Friendly staff, pity the systems in place are holding the them back.

Wow had an amazing experience with Dean yesterday. What a extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable guy. New exactly what I asked for and even suggested better options that saved me some money. A true asset to Mantech. Come on bosses give this man a Bells. Don't forget to ask for Dean.
I waited for more than an hour. Then my Components they were short with 7 components, instead of putting 8 (ic) they put 1. They fixed it though coz i saw it whilst i wasnstill in the shop. I have got a very bad day today, i bought a 500g 0.71mm Soldering wire um struggling to use it i don't know where am i going to use that useless Soldering wire
