Your website has now for a very long time been extremely frustrating to navigate through. I've tried to engineer through chrome, explore, Firefox. I am not sure how your IT personnel has not picked up on this. Each time I've tried to order or get prices for a quote I just decided to go with another supplier. I am certain sales are suffering because of a simple glitch that can be fixed if heeded. Thanks Abdul

Having been purchasing from Mass Supply last 15 years i would like to say that I've been super impressed with the service of the Mass team this year. Friendly, super efficient and great communication at all times.
Thank you for getting in touch. It seems to be one struggle to the next with the clothing industry and some try to make a difference, but only get a response once a rating of one star is made. Like I said, after submitting my trade application I already reached out to the credit controller to find out what was the hold up. I was told I would get an email with the contact details I need. Unfortunately this was not the case. I feel my one star rating is fair as no service was received when I reached out already.
