The follow up communication or whatever is the worse I've ever experienced. Still waiting on a doctor to contact us for a follow up date after numerous calls was made everytime we contact the doctors room the person doing appointments is not available... I won't name the doctor but I hope the hospital will contact me

Brilliant hospital but horrible emergency center. I've visited the emergency centre half a dozen times over the years and they always have you doing paperwork and long process with the nurse before a doctor can tend to you. You might be dead by the time a doctor gets to see you

My aunt was hospitalised there and she received excellent treatment, sadly she passed on, but I was impressed with the overall service.

I am disgusted at the attitude of the lady at the door. As soon as you try and explain as to why you need to accompany your disabled wife up to x-rays and her doctors appointment she goes into full on defence mode with horrible attitude. I then got annoyed with her and raised my voice and told her I am sick and tired of her attitude (as this was not our first incident with her) and I want to speak to the manager. To which she responded go up to the 5th floor and do what you want. After that she proceeded to ask everyone in the foyer did she have an attitude to try and blow her trumpet more. I am so glad I dont have to deal with your hospital again.

Absolute dreadful experience. The doctor never communicated with us about the treatment of my father who had a stroke for 4 days, while none of us could go see him due to COVID regulations or communicate with him ourselves. We were told he would receive and MRI scan (absolutely necessary in case of a stroke) which we now learned he never received. She also didn't prescribe any medication for his stroke or his diabetes (which they detected during his stay) nor kept a record of any medication she gave him while he was in her care. After he was transferred to a rehab facility, where she was meant to be the one to discharge him, the rehab staff informed us she wasn't even aware that he had left Louis Leipoldt in the first place. This negligence could have cost him his life and other patients who are treated this poorly, are not getting the life saving care they deserve from medical professionals.

No doubt on the Hospitality once you are in front of the doctor. But horrible experience in emergency center. Visited few times last week and nobody in reception could answer how long it will take to see the doc. Will have to be a lot of patience (atleast 3 to 4 hours) to see the doc. Felt like less staff and more patients and managent need to look into this. Need to inprove nurse service a bit in terms of cleaning the stitch, wound etc.
