Loved the safety measures & service. After our visit, my brother in law booked his car in for a service. No need for coronajitters.

Great service when buying a vehicle. Sales reps are friendly and helpful and goes the extra mile. After sales service feels a bit lacking.

Appalling service at the used car department. Been begging them for close to six months to throw my money at them, simply not interested. Stay away from Supergroup

Took my car for service. Liquid levels not checked. They damaged my vehicle and claim I brought it in like this. They also claimed that the vehicle needed parts that were just replaced under warranty. When I confronted them they said they will pay for half the damages to my vehicle and the part was a mistake. Obviously they will be hearing from my attorneys. Just pathetic from Mercedes Culemborg.

I would highly recommend all Mercedes Benz owners to not make use of this dealership. I don’t really get bothered by the quality of a service or a sale of a motor vehicle until it affects my safety. I took my vehicle in for a service this past May, firstly their online booking system approved my booking, only to be turned away, but since it was Covid, no harm no fowl. Once my vehicle was properly confirmed telephonically the list of concerns were not resolved and my car had to return for the 3rd time. But none of these dramas really of concern. Since my vehicle was bought at this dealership, and serviced at this dealership I was shocked to find out that a bolt holding a wheel had been removed. It was highlighted to me that there was no tampering and this was negligence of the last service company. Since the vehicle had only been in the possession of myself and Merc, the assumption was my own negligence and not theirs. Since wheels are a fundamental to safety, this dealership doesn’t value the safety of their consumers first and for that, I high recommend you never visit this dealership or make use of their service agent Leslie for that matter. If simple safety checks cannot be done before a customer leaves the floor of your workshop, like bolts, breaks and tyre pressures then you shouldn’t be in the motor industry.
