Appalling service. They employ an ambulance driver who suffers from a sleep condition and is even taking medication for it. He fell asleep at the wheel whilst taking my sister and her child to hospital and they had a horrific accident in which my sister broke her back. No apologies, no compensation. Nothing. Court case pending. I hope you don't get him as a driver.

Support them, be nice to them. They save lives and will always go the extra mile. They come out even during this pandemic, they even get attacked and robbed during call outs but they still come out to help you!

I was in an accident in February 2019, received a call end of April 2019 that their is a bill outstanding of R 1475.00. I asked how could this be if im on Medical Aid, the lady explained sorry mam i see they got you here as private client which means you not on medical aid. I have been on the phone with them back and forth to sort this out. I phoned Discovery and they said they have not received a claim. I called Emergency Medical Services to let them know. Today my medical aid sends me the amount has not been paid because the claim was not submitted in time and now the bill is on me. Someone needs to sort this out at Emergency Medical Services as they did not do their job properly. Please sort this out ASAP as I will be taking this to the Ombudsman .
