I called yesterday to ask for reports(SEPTEMBER 2017) to be emailed to my GP's receptionist..... needless to say, it was not done. Called back and spoke to the same gentleman and after a long explanation from me he tried again( according to him). It seems he had a problem sending an email out. I asked him to CC me in and dead silence on the phone... I then asked him if he knew how to copy me in n the email and he admitted he didn't know how. How can you employ people that can't even send a simple email out?????
