In March 2014 my son bought a Spitzer from the Goodwood branch, brand new. After two weeks worth of wrangling with the branch, he finally received the bike. The bike lasted two months, before the battery stopped working. It was taken to Motomia, who after a lot of fighting, eventually replaced the battery. Two months later, the same thing happened, battery dead. Did some checking myself, and found the battery is being overcharged. Explained this to the workshop manager at Motomia Goodwood. They decided to check the bike again, and said that everything on the bike is fine, and they can'n understand wht the battery doesn't last. They also kindly informed me that they will not replace the battery again under warranty. I will not deal with these people again, as they sell an inferior product, that they are not prepared to backup.
