Completely useless in regards to service plan. We had to pay extra for service plan that was in our 3 years plan guarantee. Never seen such an ignorant team that is just waiting to swipe a card. Thumbs down for Mazda in Paarden Eiland. EDIT: Sadly, Mazda never called and resolved this issue.
