Absolutely great place. All staff always want to help and give advise. JP helped us and i even went back to him as he was so extremely friendly and talkative. And what got to me most is they always help eachother out as a team. Such great customer service. Thank you

As a tourist I went it with a complaint and the initial staff was rude and unfriendly and could not be bothered. He actually asked me to drive to the airport coz the error was committed by a staff at the airport (where we got the card). The manager Jean was amazing! He stepped in on his own called the airport branch and had the entire mess sorted out within an hour. Great service recovery!

The store had ordered and promised a phone to me, and even sent me a SMS confirming the same. upon follow up they denied ever ordering the phone and absolved their responsibility by denying it happened at all. I'm quite disappointed in their lack of care.
