Be warned! Don't do business, contracts or data Sims at this store, management has pathetically poor customer service skills, the store contact number is also never available, I've been with mtn for 15 years and now moved over to vodacom, mtn is useless, the Mitchell's plain Westgate Mall branch is just as pathetic and forever offline can't help with even the smallest query. Based on other reviews you will realize im speaking truth and not just making up stories

applied for WiFi router that was in a 'pending' status for TWO WEEKS only to be told that "there's nothing we can do". Pathetic service!!! Cannot even follow up as their phones are never answered. absolutely shocking!!!!!
