When I visited on a recent weekday (at 2 pm on 16 March), the entrance was locked and people working inside showed no interest in me. I presumed the firm had gone out of business. Update after firm's response: Okay, it now seems the entrance was locked due to a recent burglary. I didn't ring the bell, as far as I can recall, but since the front office was locked and deserted, there didn't seem much point. I'll try again sometime, but in the meantime, it might be a good idea to warn those working in the office that if they see a guy wandering around outside with a puzzled expression, he might be a legitimate customer. Don't ignore him.

Placed an order with this business and paid in advance. Proof of payment sent to them but no order received. When I call tomorrow I know they will be arrogant and say they did not receive the proof of payment. They are not cheap and display an incredible level of arrogance.
