Called in Nov, they confirmed my window would be around R400. They said they will call me back with the exact price. No one called. Dec. I came back from holiday, I called again and again they confirmed it would be R400. I made sure to repeat my vehicle details. Since it was a great price, I decided to take the long drive from Cape Town. Arrived to find they ordered the wrong part. After a few calls, they found the correct window... for R1400. However they kindly agreed they will install it at the price first quoted. They will call me back once it arrives. No one called. I called again to ask if it arrived. Again they said they sent the wrong part. They can't do the installation at the price quoted. End of story. Very frustrating to say the least.
I want to say a huge thank you to the team from National Auto Glass Bellville for their excellent work and great customer service. Keep up the good work.

Only two and a half hours in between the initial call to full fitment of a passenger window. These guys are rockstars.
