Definitely not worth the price or worth the wait. We waited almost 2 hours for our food. We had to phone the restaurant several times... Most calls went unanswered but we managed to get hold of them every now and then. The patty looks like a mixture of mince or something... Definitely not a beef patty. R169 for a burger that I didn't finish. It really isn't good. The chips are mostly potato skins. There is no secret sauce. Just a mushy mess on a bun. Think the tuck shop at my primary school made better burgers than this.

Genuinely love the food. Highly recommend the California and Wisconsin burger, it's so yummy. Its like homemade but elevated. Really love how the fries spiced as well.

Oh my word, what a mess. Worst burgers I have ever tasted in my life, on both occasions. If you’re looking at that Uber 2 for 1 special, rather get McDonalds. Still traumatized.

Stay very far away. Horrendous food and horrifying presentation. A premium price for substandard food. The vegan burgers were basically just mush, drenched in sour avocado. The 'patty' did not even hold together, was undercooked (uncooked?). The chicken burger was a postage stamp sized bit of tough chicken, the beef is the cheapest low-quality stewing beef they could find. Every single ingredient is the cheapest/lowest quality possible, and the presentation was shocking. The worst part was that the food arrived ice cold, as if it had been in a fridge. A truly terrible meal. I really can't express how thoroughly disappointed I was in every aspect of this experience. Run away, don't walk. If you ever eat their food, may God have mercy on your soul.

Extremely disappointing customer service and food quality. Our calls were ignored for the first HOUR of waiting for our food. Eventually when someone did pick up, they nonchalantly said the food had left 7 minutes prior and gave a half arsed apology about the wait. Another 30 minutes passed before we received a call from their delivery guy who claimed he was outside (which he was not) and then just hung up. Food eventually arrived after almost two hours of waiting. Burger was a homage to the type of burger you’d buy for R20 at a school sports day - accept cold of course. We got the vegan burger, which was absolutely flavourless. Chips/wedges/confusing shaped potatoes were cardboardy and compensated with too much seasoning to make up for the fact that they were cold and gross. Not worth the money or the wait. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I had the worst experience ever with this food company. I called the 27 times to be exact to follow up on my order. 3 HOURS LATER I received my order. They didn't call to apologies they expected payment in full. There service is horrible. And they are on uber eats aswell. Because of my terrible experience I'll never buy from uber eats or new york burgers EVER AGAIN!!!! AND THE FOOD WAS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID. I'm so disgusted and I Will insure I forward this message on every social platform possible. Their service is horrible and actually don't deserve to be in the food industry at all!!!!!!!!!!
