Such an amazing place to run, walk, take the dogs or just chill with the kids by the river! It is almost always popular, so avoid the peak times if you don't want parking issues, or if you don't want too many people around!

Lovely place to try a myriad of different routes. Great for walking the pooches, mountain biking, high ascents or just a chilled circular route shaded by a beautiful forest. Home to quite a few interesting birds. No bathrooms but plenty of parking. Please make sure to use the rubbish bins or take it home with you to keep this beautiful place just as beautiful.

It has a delightful number of routes you can take, each with its own personality. They all expose you however to fresh air and plenty of stillness and quiet as well as a really good view of Cape Town and the surroundings. It is for all types of fitness where beginners can take slower more gradual routes and advanced can go almost vertically up the ravines. The sound of water can always be heard. There is nothing quite so pleasant as the sound of trickling or rushing water in nature.

Great for a family hike. Sheltered in shade of the trees and a flowing stream. Moderate paths with few inclines. It's a dog lovers paradise as the dogs enjoy the endless roaming space. Just be careful of all the dog poop as many dog owners don't clean up after their dogs.

Stunning and safe! Not all parts of Table Mountain are safe to walk but we have been there a couple of times now and have never had any issues. There is a friendly car guard and generally lots of other people walking dogs and with family/friends so you won’t be alone which seems to increase its safety.

Lovely scenery and so many nice paths to choose from. You can take it easy or go more daring but either way you go, it is an amazing trail to do.

Great walks for kids and adults alike. So many different path options. Though it better to walk with someone who has knowledge of the the forest. We took the path upstream Beautiful place !
