Your one-stop shop for all things aluminum, copper and brass. I always find what I'm looking for. Staff could be a bit more helpful, especially if you have questions that need answered. Prices are comparable with other companies selling metals.

I sincerely hope that the Owner of this establishment sees this! I have never come across worse customer service or lack thereof in 20 years! The piss poor attitude of the "lady" staff was abysmal, to say the least! PLEASE try some staff Training. The "sales lady" "Louw" is arrogant, rude and obnoxious. Im being extremely polite here! Truly will do my utmost to avoid this establishment forever! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!

Have been dealing with them for many years and have had good service from the sales staff. Recently the service has deteriorated significantly. I put this down poor management. The management has always been lacking but seems to have hit rock bottom now. I am hoping to find an alternative supplier. Their stock control and replenishment systems are very unreliable. Complacency is the name of the game here. I buy the same 2 metal extrusions from them and have spent over R200,000 with them in the past year alone. However they regularly run out of stock so I need to try and find it elsewhere. I am a cash buyer and pay up front, but they regularly are not able to deliver after payment. Apparently the system shows that they have stock when in fact they do not. It has taken them 9 days to do a partial delivery of my latest order.

Very unprofessional. Prices differ depending on who you email. Been waiting 5 days for delivery after they cut my products incorrectly. Everyday they promise to be there tomorrow but just never deliver. Ended up having going back to them for the 3rd time. Awful service. Please try anyone else if you can. Had awesome service from Maizeys !
