Please stay away from Ryan and his crew. He keeps demanding money but the workmanship and finishing is absolutely terrible. I have leaking sewerage pipes running all through my yard. A leaking toilet which is already soaking the palette type wood floors in the bathroom. I am so disappointed by his service. He gets paid all his money and proceeds to leave ALL the rubble and never comes back. DO NOT USE THIS MAN! Proof is in the pictures.

Ryan has just finished our 1 bed nutec garden cottage. I found Ryan and his crew to be very accommodating hones and reliable. We were ripped off by two other builders and we were scared to part with our money. Ryan broke the project down into smaller projects and we paid according to that so that which made us feel better. I found Ryan and his crew to be very honest, reliable and their workmanship is excellent. Thank you Ryan for doing such a fantastic job on our unit. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew

I have paid Ryan just over R9000 to build a 3m x 3m Nutec wendy house (early 2019). It was a big mistake to ask him to build the wendy for several reasons: 1) The foundations are made from wood and have started to move. 2) Some of the panels are cracked. 3) The wendy was not made from Nutec, for which I have paid. 4) The workmanship is the worst I have seen in a wendy house. 5) Ryan is not interested in fixing the problems, even though he guarantees his work. I wish someone has left an honest review of Ryan's work before I paid him a deposit. Then I would have gotten a different company to built the wendy.
