I would suggest that all staff get product knowledge or training...especially the staff answering the phone. Called in to inquire about a GShock-watch strap as I didnt want to make the commute for nothing; and was however told to email rather the details through instead and wait for a reply... Even when I asked if I can't call back later Natalie insisted I email... Poor very Poor. I should know, I work in the customer service industry.
