I had the worst experience of my life ordering online with these guys, O ordered my first Tippmann TPX which was on special on their website - hence the reason why I got it, but I've realized that it's on special for a bad reason as the Tippmann TPX which I got for R5k was faulty. So let's break everything down, first of all the order took longer than mentioned & when it did arrive & I tried the gun out a few times - it stopped working, the gas canister was getting punctured but it would not shoot. So I emailed them & informed them about this & that I will be visiting their store situated at Cape Gate to show them the problem. I had spoken to Rolph (owner) directly and asked him to inform his employees of my arrival. NONE of the employees was aware of my arrival, service was absolutely horrifying, the guys didn't know how to book it in for repairs, then was told that it would take a month or more to get it fixed/replaced. The owner of this place is the worst, made false promises of giving extra canisters and pepperballs for the inconvenience & even had to buy canisters from the shop for them to test out the faulty gun, talk about being stingy. They eventually replaced the TIppmann after 2 months of back and forth, now the 'new replacement' is leaking gas, then when I tried to get in contact with Rolph, he just stopped responding overall - probably because he knew the replacement gun was faulty as well, which is why I have taken the liberty to write this review - I would not recommend buying ANYTHING from this place or online.

Although the website did not show stock values (and the gun I wanted ended up being out of stock after ordering it) - the sales team apologized and replaced the item no problem, and shipping was quite fast!
