Not happy. I spent over R2000 on the new Salomon shoe range and in the first week had a squeek. Kept the shoes on so they could hear and was told they must send the shoes for repair? I expected that after a week that they would have just swap the shoes as there is clearly a defect. I had to walk out barefoot with no shoes. What kind of policy and client service is this?
