I just had the most enjoyable experience at the Minor Hall at Parow Civic Centre. I went to contest my property valuation. I was helped by a beautiful smiling lady Pumla. She is well spoken, polite and have excellent manners. The best customer experience I had in a long time. Thank you Pumla you deserve an excellence award.
