Extremely poor service lately. Only one technician who has to juggle wards and walk-in patients. Cramped office space used by a number of organisations for admin and taking blood. Despite no other patients, i eventually left after waiting for almost 30 minutes for the technologist to take a blood sample (told me she would be back "just now" when I arrived).
