Fantastic climbing routes with beautiful views . Be aware of safety as it is a no go area because of muggings. Big groups ‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️ . Very smooth granite like rock .

Lots of crime, if going climbing the grading is really bad in local guide books though there is 2-3 really classic climbs in the low 20's. Take a weapon( A large knife strapped to your belt will hopefully do the trick) with you and travel in large groups. Also park your car far away in a public place in order to not get it broken into and stolen. Basically don't go unless you like the adventure and adrenaline.

Peers Cave is a nice spot to walk to, not too strenuous and provides excellent views of Fish Hoek and Noordhoek. It's a fun adventure for kids and the dog :) Some bolts here too for the sport climbers out there.

Huge potential as a Sacred site. Poorly managed by City of Cape Town.
