Relatively busy store with all the essential items. Requested a quotation and was informed by a lady I must "come a day in advanced" simply because I informed her the quotation given to me was not sufficient.

Very helpful staff, going out of their way if you need anything out of the ordinary. Selection is adequate for most things. It's often busy, and is far easier to find things in than the much bigger store in Long Beach Mall

Out off all the pick n pay store from ceres to camps bay... Hout bay to sun valley to Newlands... Fish Hoek pick n pay has the best customer service and well manned staff. This manager knows how to run this store. I can confirm they are tourist friendly and helpful even though its a small store.

I have consistently advised the supervisors and the cashiers that the prices in the shelf does not match the prices when scanned. This has been going on before the lock down. Please correct your mistake as this is essentially ripping people off.

On the last two visits to this store I have been double billed for one item (or overcharged by R124.98). What's more, there was no visible display at either till of the amounts or totals. So one pays. My partner checked the till slips once we were home to discover the errors. On the second occasion i phoned the store manager and pointed out the errors. Whereas these incidents could be genuine coincidental errors, it could be of benefit to some. The manager pointed out that the scanners are very sensitive; maybe advantage is being taken of this sensitivity? Maybe not. She said she speaks to her tellers about this issue regularly and I suggested that she also speaks to their equipment supplier for a technical solution. I somehow expected more from PicknPay.

Today I was shopping in pick .pay fish hoek when approached by a security guard saying I could not shop in the store wearing my full face mask I asked why it is actually much healthier than cloth mask and by the way there was no person spraying hands at the entrance .please clarify this situation goodbye pnpay fishhoek
