My future husband bought me the engagement ring from Pinns Jewellery in Cape Town. After I got the ring and heard the whole story - Jeremy was very patient with my spouse, explained everything kindly and accompanied him throughout the process of diamond selection and ring design. The whole buying process was done remotely since we live in another country and only when we arrived Cape Town, my partner saw the ring for the first time in reality. All that didn't matter, because Jeremy was in touch over the phone and available for any questions raised by my spouse, sending pictures and making sure it met expectations. Even after receiving the ring when I needed assistance with fitting, the goldsmith was available as much as I needed until I was satisfied. The whole buying and helping process was very good, my spouse and I felt that there was a warm attitude and high service. Since the whole shopping process was done remotely, I can say that everything was excellent. ! I highly recommend buying from Pinns Jewellery

Very well knowing in Cape Town for honesty, dignity and high quality with interesting family history of jewellers in Cape Town over 125 years I had the most amazing experience with Pinns Diamonds & jewellery in terms of creating my ring . Pinns Diamonds & jewellery has a very fast response time and they are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I live in Durban so I am quite a distance away, but that was not a problem at All. My design was done up, communication was constant and I always knew what was going on, and the product that was ultimately delivered was gorgeous. The service is TOP class! I highly recommend Pinns Diamonds & jewellery any time.
