Decided to get a flat-mate in the shape of a large bamboo palm, and while most other suppliers were out of stock, Plantify had several. They repotted it and delivered it the next day, in beautiful shape. A wonderful place with wonderful people working there - warm, friendly and super helpful. I'm hooked...
I've placed multiple orders with Plantify over the past few months, and I've never been disappointed. The plants are always healthy and packaged well. Occasionally, they also have some uncommon plants that are worth checking out.
We ordered two items from Plantify on 7th March 2021 and received it today @ Port Elizabeth Both plants are packed very well and reached its new home in good condition. Very good mode of packing as the soil still moist to keep them alive. Not even a single leave was damaged. Plantify is a must try for all plant lovers and all the best wishes
The nursery is on a narrow one way street, and I'm not the best driver so it was challenging without a proper parking space. They have anything and everything you need. The order ready when arrived, so I didn't have to wait. Very efficient, I ordered via BidorBuy , so you have an option to have your things delivered too.
This is the second time that I have ordered plants from Plantify. Both times my plants arrived in great condition. Ordering from them online is so easy and the service is excellent.
I ordered the Chinese Evergreen: white dud plant online, via bidorbuy, for my sister. What came was the Chinese Evergreen: valentine. Also there was no note saying that the pot in the image is for advertising purposes so I saw no need to get a pot, to my surprise it came in a standard pot. Edit: Mr Andreas Keller contacted my sister, apologised and rectified the order. I am extremely happy with the customer care and how the matter was swiftly rectified in a hassle free manner. THANKS A MILLION!
Such a pleasure to deal with. Placed the order from NZ and received constant updates on my delivery to my mom in DBN. Austen gave excellent service and even suggested a hand written card, which my mom loved! Plants arrived in perfect condition and all have found places in their new home. Will recommend 10/10!
