I contacted them to find a fault on my pool at my house. They were not only professional in all our telephonic dealings. Came out twice and found and fixed the problem. They vacuuming the pool and was very affordable. I will recommend them to everyone.

Pool Logic was the only company in the area to answer their phone on a public holiday and come out on a Saturday morning to give me a quote. Neal knew his business and agreed to bring our neglected pool back from the brink. It hadn't been filled since the start of the drought and was "accidentally" filled without clearing 3 years of collected debris. After a couple of week I'm pleased to see the result and know that it will be ready for the summer. Neal managed the chemicals, replaced the sand in the filter and has maintenance plans to help keep the pool in shape. I'd highly recommend and will use again.

Neil did a excellent job on our pool, it used to be green and we never used it because of that... since they worked on it we are in the pool daily and enjoying the crystal clear pool.

By all accounts a good guy, however, I called and sent a whatsapp for him to come quote on a maintenance contract and I am yet to hear from him. what was attractive is that his business is about 2 minutes from my house....An update to this... Neale called me to arrange a visit and seems very intent on rectifying.

The Pool Logic Team really know what they're doing when it comes to pools. I've been struggling with my pool for a very long time and basically gave up - to the point where I was scared lighting would strike it and it would come alive. So I gave pool logic a call and within a few short visits they had it looking like new! This will be the first holidays in a long time that we'll be spending next to the pool!
