NOT EVEN ONE STAR! I don't have such good reviews... pool pals service have been servicing our pool weekly....and came highly recommended but should be called poor pals service. My expectations for R590 per month were: keep my pool clean... This they were unable to achieve [ left backwash on twice for days until we noticed, did not clean weirs, pool has needed salt - going green etc. etc.] and their response to my concerns was: quote:'guess you should cancel your contract as you don't seem to very happy'. Just a heads up as I ONLY support local companies that actually do their job they get paid for properly. So when I cancelled my service due to above this is what they wrote to me by email [sounds a bit like a threat]: We have not been since you accused us of bad service and leaving the pool on backwash which is impossible as we are in a very good routine of doing a full and proper service, as you should know that you should watch out at what lies you spread on social media as it will come back to bite you when you yourself are trying to run a business in this town. Do not contact us again as we don’t need your kind of personality in our lives. ''
