No one acknowledged me as I entered the shop even though they could all see me. I called before arrival asking about posting a letter to the UK & was told it would take 4 days. However, was not made aware when I called that the cost for a simple letter is R460. They could have saved me a trip if their service was improved.

I've been a PostNet customer for as long as I can remember. Regardless of where I am in the city or country, PostNet has been my go to place for all things postage, courier and even fax & email back in the day. But my most recent visit here was plainly and gratuitously humiliating, so much so that (1) I will only go there if I HAVE TO and (2) insist that I'm an not served by a particular employee there. He was so gratuitously rude! I'm ALWAYS a pleasant customer to work with so for him to be the polar opposite of that was so distasteful. Use another PostNet - that way you have no chance of bad customer treatment.

Absolutely terrible service. Wasn't notified for a parcel that was delivered almost two weeks ago and when I sent a colleague to collect it, they refused to hand it over even though he had more than enough information and they didn't even attempt to call me whilst he was in the store for verification.
