The only business in South Africa that Birkenstock recommends for shoe/sandal repair and, wow, the professionals at Premier Shoes surpassed my expectations! I had an Arizona model sandal and had blown through the sole and the cork bed was a mess too. The repair exceeded my expectations. The sandals are actually in better condition than when I first bought them - they used a heftier sole (Birkenstock brand) than what the sandals came with and made the cork bed look like new. Best place to have your shoes, bags, camping chairs etc. fixed in the City Bowl. I always go there. I have also used them for locksmith callouts. Always friendly and efficient service.
