First time working with William was an amazing experience. Once he left the place was deemed useless. Called Maxine for a quotation and was promised over and over that it would be sent. I made numerous calls and sent emails but they just ignored my pleads and never sent anything. We now used another company and they delivered asap. I threw away the print on demand marketing examples we received as I wont use them again. It has been a month and I never received anything from them, even when I sent a message via their website. Very poor guys...

Response on emails to the company not great, but once you can get a personal contact, looking at my wife's experience, the service and the final product are excellent. I'm still trying to get a personal contact for my books. I got a personal contact after complaining here and had good service since then. My plan is to have my book printed by POD, but for now I'm still finalizing some last details.
