Super helpful staff, use the left doorbell at the entrance. For off cuts head upstairs otherwise chat to any of the helpful sales staff. They know what they talking about and try their best to help you. There is plenty of rare wood options with lots of sample boards and examples of wood products around. There is lots of on-site parking and the are easy to spot from the road. The venue does not look wheelchair accessible however there might be a ramp that I did not see.
