They are unreliable in the parts and sale.I have been phoning them in the last two day of getting a part that I requesting from sale.The lady at the desk talking calls has even taken my details to call me back but no joy on that. I been spen time on call to them at my cost my time my every thing and no part. Bad bad service from Reeds
Fantastic service and really not bad of a price for an original ignition coil and leads. The manager went out of his way to assist me as I was struggling to install the part myself. Really appreciated the service there. Great job to him and the team!

I got really good service from the sales agent Kurt and the manager Fabian! If you're looking to trade in your car you should definitely give them a shot. Great experience in general! Will happily return to purchase my second car from them!
Bought a 2nd hand vehicle in Feb this year, car had an oil leak which required several assessments and tests to be undertaken. However, Reeds Bellville ensured I remained mobile throughout, with the provision of their courtesy vehicles. Furthermore, they incurred all costs for repairs and ensured that the vehicle was in optimal condition. At present I am extremely happy customer of Reeds Bellville. The below was my initial review - it was just a vague summary of what I went through. I gave Reeds Bellville a 1-star rating as a result. As you can see, they contacted me and tried to remedy the very poor and blatantly rude service I had received from their sales consultant, Christiaan de Wet. I was also very quickly contacted directly by the Sales Manager, and a plan was made to sort out the issues with my car. I appreciate that there was an active attempt to remedy the damage that had been done by Christiaan. As a result, I have changed my rating. "The after-sale service is absolutely shocking and has left me angry and despondent. I was treated amazingly until they received payment. Every single issue which I have needed attended to after-sale, I have been treated like an annoyance that they want to get rid of and you are their lowest priority. So I suppose I would recommend them as long as you require nothing from them whatsoever after they have your payment."
