It all began when three documentary filmmakers had the crazy idea to embark on a Masters degree in Documentary Arts. Two years, three degrees, and four films later, Reel Epics Productions was formed. Based in Cape Town, the three filmmakers began applying their skills and producing films with a focus on authentic stories, made epic. We will develop your story from concept through to a high quality final product, and have a lot of fun while doing it. This includes documentary feature films, documentary shorts, web series, non-profit promotional films, and CSR and educational programmes. And if that wasn’t enough, we have an epic in-house scriptwriter who moonlights as a comic genius.
