I am absolutely disgusted by the attitudes and disrespect of the two mechanics working here. The one guy who approached me was very helpful and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. However, while he was showing me around, the one mechanic kept interrupting and shouting at this guy while the other one was just standing there on his phone, and after given a direct order to fetch something, he flat out refused and said "get it yourself". I feel bad for the one oke who I could see was really trying to help, but my goodness, worst customer service! I really think those guys need to change their attitudes if they want to keep customers.. Would not recommend.

Pro cyclist that knows what he is doing. Professional service and a great fit.

Quick to take your money on retail products with charming great service. But when it comes to servicing of bikes, very vague on prices and what needs to be done. For those who have kids who are getting into riding, this is not the place for you. Think twice as a full service can cost between 7 & 10K... and more then 1 is needed per year!

Good service with an excellent variety of cycling gear. You can get pretty much everything you need there, with a focus on the middle to high end of the market. Nice little coffee shop thrown in to boot.

My crank literally fell into pieces in the Woodstock area; knowing the store was close to my home; sitting in the Uber I Googled; it showed the store was closing in a few minutes; but I took a chance and called in... after chatting briefly to a polite gent... the staff not only waited in the store for me to arrive - but Yves and Greg, also managed to find the parts I needed... and fixed the crank perfectly so I could get home - all well after closing time... more so, they had already cashed up, and wouldn't accept payment... yes, it may have just been a few bolts and moments of their evening... but being able... and more importantly... willing to help me right then, not only had a huge impact on my day, but also my morning tomorrow... the manner I was treated, by the entire team, transformed a negative experience into a positive... I will be back there soon enough... whether it be for my bike... or just a coffee and chat. Yves, Greg... thank you again !

Hidden costs when servicing your bicycle. Took my bike in for a gear cable change. Didn’t get a phone call quoting me on other “issues” and came back to find a 3K bill with additional things they had replaced without my consent. Avoid if you can.
