What an absolute disgrace. This company essentially stole our money before our wedding. Goods were paid for in full and nothing was delivered on the day. No explanation. No apology. To date the thieves have not had the common decency to return our money. Who operates a business like this? Gavin Glaum has promised a refund for 2 weeks running but would you believe it.. no refund. Emma Elridge doesn’t return calls, only takes your money willingly. Do not deal with this company ever. Disgusted.
Scammed by this fake company! Managed to get the bank to freeze the funds before they received it luckily. And opened up a police case against them for fraud!
It took a lot of perseverance and pressure to receive reimbursement for balloons that were not delivered for an event. Unfortunately, I am not the only one that has had this experience which is very distressisng.
Origami cranes were amazing and everyone was so friendly
