Went there to fix a lock that was stuff. 2 hours later stiff lock is now completely unusable and I have to go to a panel eater to get it replaced.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company as roadrunner.... Firstly your locksmith arrived to unlock my door without a mask which is breaking the law...secondly he damaged my lock and now im being told it was not him and that you will mot be replacing my lock...i do not have money to replace something i did not break.... He is supposed to be a professional....
