Possibly the worst treatment I've received from a therapist. We made a booking and was provided a special price, I presumed because we were a couple. We got there and there was a lot of confusion because the one therapist wasn't English. We were shown our room only to then hear the two therapists arguing further. I was then asked to show the second therapist my phone with the message proving the price of our treatment which was confirmed. She then said it didn't specify "Thai Massage". I then had to call the spa manager to confirm with the therapist. I then phoned the manager doing all this while already on the bed ready for the massage. It was HUMILIATING AND DEGRADING!!!! My partner agreed that we would stay because we had planned for a spa day for Valentines. We stayed only to have the therapists phone in the room continuously going off on extra loud with messages and calls. I will never go back here because of the humiliation I was faced with and the lack of communication, arguing between the therapists and the continuous disturbance of the treatment by the ringing of phones in the therapy room. Also please adjust your menu accordingly because the massage given was NOT Thai! I will not be returning. Also first time I went for a massage where the therapist put her feet on my back using it to massage and I have been for possibly over 50 Thai massages.

By far the best Deep Tissue massages . Therapist was knowledgeable and picked up injuries I had experienced on my hip and neck . I will be using this therapist In the future and highly recommend her. Very professional real massage to remove pain areas and knots or spasms. Chinese massage mixed with other methods. If you dont go you are missing out and it will save thousands going to physiotherapists and doctors that wont sort out your problems.

Great service here! Only things that could be improved is the distraction of noise outside of the room maybe with some soft music or something, it was difficult to get relaxed. And maybe not so much punching after each body section massage was completed. Other than that, excellent service!
