Very awesome shop! Very nice guy he know what he does and you can see that And he's very nice knew everything about the carb parts i needed just upset that i couldn't afford those parts after all he's a very nice guy and he does know what he's talking about and what he does!

I phoned Ryan and asked him for fairing pannels and he told me the pannels are in immaculate condition, so I bought them and he couriered them to me. Im unhappy because both pannels have crackes. It was not damaged by the courier because they we're glued. I won't do business with Ryan again.

Prices are good. However, his website is outdated. And he only communicates via call or sms. So good luck getting photos of the parts you need (he almost sent me the wrong parts, until I asked a friend who lives nearby to go and take some photos). Getting the correct tracking number for your parcel is a hassle. And he has no problem insulting you if you have the nerve to start getting impatient after a few days of begging for it, or ask a few questions. He will lie and tell you that he tried to call, to give you your tracking number, but you didn't pick up. He will tell you this like call history isn't a thing. If you don't constantly follow up from your side, nothing is going to happen. He doesn't care about you once payment is made. Overall, a very frustrating and inconvenient transaction. Would much rather refer anyone thinking of supporting this business to BFM spares.

RUDE, messy shop and incompetent shop owner. I phoned Ryan twice to confirm that he has stock both times he said he did and that I should come through. He didn't have stock and he waisted an hour of my day. The shop itself is extremely untidy and there are posters with women's breasts exposed, not very appropriate for a public shop.
