I booked the hot air balloon flight. Service was excellent. I was well informed throughout the process. They were very flexible regarding additional arrangements I needed to make for my proposal. The balloon ride itself was very enjoyable, giving beautiful views of the cape vineyards. The pilot is highly skilled and ensured we had a smooth ride. Would definitely recommend.

We booked a flight over the winelands with SA Encounter. It was a wonderful experience being transported high and silently over the land. Look down at the wildlife teeming at that time of morning and the beauty of the mountains and the Cape. Well organized, and well worth the experience with friendly operators..
