I took my Saeco coffee machine to Italian Lifestyle and got amazing professional help & friendly service from Natalie. The technician Randall was fantastic! Solved my problem. He was so patient and helpful. It was quite a pleasant hour spent in their store and my machine is operating beautifully and the cost was more than reasonable ! Thank you.

Most annoying to say you are open till 1 on a Saturday when clearly you are not. Im outside and there is NO ONE!!!!
Had Saecos for years. moved to Melitta ... better quality. Saeco service is very average and generally expensive. and the machines need to be serviced quite a bit from my previous experiences
