I have only recently started using the services of sales and I have not yet encountered a problem, I am hoping not to but if I do I will change my rating for no I will always go back I think they are affordable and have most items, even though it might seem like they don't.

Fairly disappointed, Trading hours on the building state that they are open on Saturdays from 08h00 - 13h00, the same reflect on their Google profile... I arrived at 08h15 the morning and waited until 09h00 and the doors didn't open. Please update your trading hours to avoid this issue.
Great friendly staff and great service
They were just amasing. Talk about going the extra mile. I hired the wrong tools for the job, bought it back the next day. They recommended another tool, which did not work either. Jamie took charge and they delivered another 2 tools. The 4th one worked briliantly. They then collected that too! What service. Would give them 10 stars if I could! They continued to deliver until the job at our home was done.
They are artisans who know their powertools well. They are well stocked with all the tools needed by contractors as well as the public. They are professional, friendly and efficient
