Worst experience ever. The rudest salesperson I've ever met. She said no to every single request. They charged R250 for fitting with the understanding that if we bought the dress, the R250 would be refunded but when we came back less than a day later to buy the dress she said that she can't refund the R250 because we had to purchase the dress same day (this was never explained to us). She knew we would need alterations and so we asked if we purchase the material from the company and she said no, we would have to cut the extra material from a different part of the dress. No pictures allowed even to show the dresses to the person paying for it. When we needed to try dress on, for R250, we got to choose 5 dresses and every further dress was R50 to try. But when we chose the dresses, the lady grabbed the first ones she could see and when they didn't fit, she said we would have to pay extra to try on the right size. What the hell?? Overall a terrible experience. Money grabbing, no care for customers and clearly they don't need the business. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

Very happy with my dress. I made an appointment though and when I got there, I was treated like a walk-in and I my appointment was pushed off. Besides that, I really had a good experience at Scarlett Fashion and the dresses are really good quality and fits very well.

They kindly let us in without an appointment. We then were told there was a R250 charge if we wanted to enter the shop. My granddaughter was allowed to try 5 dresses maximum and not take more than an hour. On the whole we all felt uncomfortable and unwelcome and will definitely NOT recommend.

Worst experience I've had with a dress boutique. I had a very rude salesperson who did not understand what I was asking for in a dress. She constantly put me in a size 8 and I'm a size 10 so I felt extremely vulnerable and uncomfortable with how my body looked in the dresses. She wouldn't tell me the prices of the dresses I wanted to try on until I insisted and she constantly told me to hurry up. At one point she started yanking a dress (that was way too small) over my head which caught in my hair and she tried tugging it off me which really hurt my hair. This left me with my skin flaring up and making rashes because of how rough she was dressing me. I paid the fitting fee and left crying in my car. I have never been treated like that before and would seriously ask that they train their staff in customer service.

This is by far the poorest service I have ever experience, I made my appointment weeks earlier as we live far. When we got there no consult was there to help us, the message was they had sort out n personal issues. They did not let us know or anything we made a second appointment and they canceled 10 min before, we were unwelcome! This is absolutely bad bad bad service.... Somerset west!
