Seartec / Sharp has always delivered good service and spares were always available for my Sharp Caroussel Convection Microwaves. All of a sudden they don't entertain these products anymore. After nearly 40 years no longer representing a winning and outstanding product!! Unbelievable. And then they refer you to a repair agent with a non-existing number. If this is the type of service, no Sharp will enter my premises in the future.

When your office automation needs to be saving you time, money and effort, look elsewhere. More than 2 months now and our office has ground to a halt due to lack of response or communication from this company and their managers. They absolutely can move at lightning speeds, when signing a 5 year service contract agreement... sadly the tree that was used to grow and make the paper for the contract has a better chance of regrowing than them sorting out your issue.

Contacted Cape Town office. Asked 3 different people if they could assist me with their product offering and no-one could answer my questions or seemed to care at all. I was patient after being cut-off after being put on hold several times. Would not recommend this company as if pre-sales is this bad, imagine the support thereafter.
