I visited Cape Town in August, 2019. Andrew was not only easy to reach and communicate with (and unlike many other operators, his accepting PayPal made my life A LOT easier), but was also an outstanding guide. I did an excellent wine tour with him, as well as the Cape Peninsula Tour (with African Eagle). However, the high point for me was undoubtedly hermanus and the whale coast. 14 Southern Right Whales, including 10 with Southern Right charters and 4 from the coast. None of this would have been possible without Andrew. If you want to experience the real Cape Town, Shark and Safari is the way to go!
