I ordered their “charcoal” floor tiles. I had to pay a substantial amount upfront, and then waited 5 weeks for delivery . Upon arrival i noticed the tiles were a pale grey, nowhere near the charcoal they display in their gallery. When i phoned Olivia, i was told that “ each batch was hand made so the colour would vary due to the bespoke craftsmanship” This was such an unbelievably convenient excuse for shocking workmanship . There is a vast difference between pale grey and charcoal . This company has zero morals or ethics. I am now left with R 10000 of very ugly pale grey tiles . Please do not support this business, despicable attitude and workmanship .
