Do not buy from this company. I ordered over R3k worth of linen, only to be told that the duvet cover was not in stock. So I requested a refund and I'm still waiting for one 4 weeks later. Very limited email response and none on Facebook . I'm honestly concerned that this is a scam and that my money is gone. I really wanted to support this brand as its made in SA but it's honestly ridiculous. Edit: I got the refund today.
WOW such excellent service, explained my needs and wants and TK was excellent, she helped me make the perfect decision on the duvet inner and linen needed. The quality is unbelievable and workmanship is so luxurious! This is the kind of duvet that will last you a life time! Super impressed and will always return. 10 stars!!!!!
Ordered on 17th January to value of over 6000 rands. Delivery was promised in 7 to 9 days. 13 days have passed. Email to company promised order is at warehouse & I would be emailed tracking details. No email received. I'm worried they are not legitimate and my money has been stolen.
I sugest they work on their walk in customer service.
Forget getting assistance. Staff give you the run-around and refuse to assist. Useless
