I am a doctor in the Western Cape. We have tried in vain for over 2 years to comply with paperwork and requirements but despite many, many phone calls and emails, this medical aid refuses to load my banking details on their systems, forcing me to charge Sizwe clients directly. I don't know if they actually ever get round to reimbursing clients personally if claims are sent in by the patients themselves, reports are that they don't. Waste of money, you may as well just pay for services yourself without also paying them for a useless service not rendered.

Pathetic service, has taken more than 2 years and ongoing to get a month’s premium refunded that was over deducted. Left the Medical Aid two years ago. Gross incompetence, arrogant staff who are completely clueless. Stear clear of this Medical Aid.
